The Stable and Garden Wing cottages are dog friendly, allowing you to bring along the four legged member of your family.
In the grade ll listed building, our bed and breakfast rooms have large windows which allow natural light to filter in with beautiful views of the countryside. With sumptuous bedding, luxury mattresses and premium linen, you can be sure you’ll get a restful night’s sleep. The bed and breakfast rooms also have a cosy living room area for you to kick back and relax after a walk around the large beautiful walled gardens or a day of exploration in the Quantock Hills.

The Coleridge Room
The Coleridge Room is named after the famous poet Samuel Taylor Coleridge who wrote The Ancient Mariner. This very large room is delightfully decorated in a light blue. It has a beautiful dark wood sleigh bed, a comfy seating area and a private bathroom.
Sarah’s room
Sarah’s room is named after Coleridge’s wife and is elegantly decorated with a double bed, seating area and an en-suite bathroom. This room can be made into a double or twin room by request.
Our Self Catering Luxury Holiday Cottages in Somerset
The Stable Cottage sleeps 4 guests with one Double and one Twin room and is a Self Catering accommodation. The Double room is elegantly furnished with timber features while the twin room overlooks the lovely courtyard. There is also a fully equipped galley kitchen and bathroom. Linen is included. This is also a Dog Friendly accommodation.
The quaintly decorated Garden Wing Cottage sleeps 2 guests. This luxuy self catering holiday cottage has a double room which has french doors leading out onto a private patio area. There is a large fully equipped kitchen which also has a dining table. The Cosy lounge is full of character with it’s beams and large inglenook fireplace for those chilly evenings. There is also a bathroom with bath and shower. This is a dog friendly accommodation.
The Housekeepers Quarters is designed for the family in mind with it’s wooden beams throughout, this cottage is beautifully decorated to the highest standard. The Cottage sleeps 4 to 5 guests with one Double and one Twin with the option to add an occasion bed in the twin room. The large fully equipped kitchen also has a dining table. For those warm spring /summer nights this cottage also has a BBQ.
